　　Xingtai Iron and Steel Corp., Ltd (Xingtai Steel), based on various specialties, vigorously promotes the construction of technological innovation system. 　　Technical committee of Xingtai Steel is composed of 13 professional technical sub-committees, each of which can effectively work and directionally attack key problems of company's technology system. It has been playing a positive role for our company in making technical decision. At the same time, we also improve our company's technical exchange network, which has been playing an active role for our company in getting to know and solve technical problems from every aspect of the production process.

　　Under the guidance of Hebei Metallurgy Institute, Metal institute of Xingtai Steel adjusted its responsibilities and work direction. Metal institute has been playing an important role in organizing and mobilizing all technicians to actively join our company's production operation and technological innovation.

　　Xingtai Steel has built a postdoctoral station, and a provincial enterprise technology center. Physical and chemical testing center of Xingtai Steel has been certificated for ISO/IEC17025 by China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (CNAL). Xingtai Steel is an National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, with 76 provincial or high research results, which are domestic or international leading. In addition, Xingtai Steel won 182 national patents.
